We recently took my parents camper here to get it fixed. They told my dad that they were going to fix it a certain way. When my parents went back to get it, the camper was not fixed at all the way they said that they were going to. In fact, they fixed it the cheapest way possible and still charged them the same amount that they originally quoted them for. They had still left the laminate flooring they were supposed to replace and left the soft spot in the wall, they just covered with paneling. When my father questioned them, the guy just stated how they tried to save him money (but the bill was still the same) and that they only made a small profit last year. How is that my parents fault? I would think that a refund should be expected. Im guessing that they should have taken it elsewhere if they wanted it done correctly. If i were you i would get everything in writing before trusting them to fix your camper.
